Prostate Cancer Support Groups

The Cancer Council Queensland actively and financially assists the 13 groups of the Queensland Chapter of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. This is a Queensland-based support group helping to reduce the impact of prostate cancer on Queensland men, their partners, their families and the community. The group also aims to represent the interests of Queensland men diagnosed with prostate cancer. All these groups meet regularly to discuss prostate cancer-related issues in a casual, relaxed forum. Guest speakers are sometimes invited to address the groups.
